Job Description
- Lead endtoend testing activities for Property Casualty PC Insurance applications
- Manage test planning execution defect tracking and status reporting
- Design and review test scenarios test cases and test data
- Validate Policy Administration Underwriting Claims Billing and Renewals processes
- Coordinate SIT Regression UAT and Production validation activities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts Product Owners and development teams
- Lead defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and testing best practices
- Support AgileScrum delivery and release management activities
- Drive test automation initiatives and improve test coverage
- Perform API database and integration testing
- Mentor QA team members and provide technical guidance
- Strong experience in PC Insurance domain and policy lifecycle
- Handson experience with Guidewire Duck Creek or similar platforms preferred
- Proficiency in JIRA Azure DevOps ALM or qTest
- Knowledge of Selenium Playwright Postman and SQL
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 15 years of QA experience with 10 years in a Test Lead role
- ISTQB certification and cloud testing experience are added advantages
