Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med SpaPinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Virginia for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand.Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Virginia, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities.We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.What It Means to Be a Founding ProviderFounding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities — the practitioners who help define what at-home aesthetics looks like from day one. As a Founding Provider, you will:Get first access to everything — events, social media features, influencer partnerships, and new opportunities as they launch.Represent Pinch where you live — building awareness with neighbors, businesses, and others in your community.Build your own book of clients — treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from your personal network and community.What You'll DoDeliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling,chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.Upcoming TrainingsIf you're new to injectables or aesthetics, completing one of these in-person trainings is required before you start.
