Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provide treatment. CAs tend to lead the huddlesDocument care and efficiently with support from quality-based coders.Participate in on-call rotation and support growth plans at your center.Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.You will report to the Associate Medical Director and report onsite and in person to the CenterWell Portsmouth clinic.What We're Looking ForRequired:Master's Degree in Nursing with board certification.Active, unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.Experience with value-based care and integrated team-based models.Preferred:Experience in value-based care, primary care or Medicare Advantage settings.Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbersFamiliarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary and annual bonusHealth insurance Day 1401(k) with employer matchCME allowance and dedicated CME timeOccurrence-based malpractice coverageLife and disability insuranceGenerous PTO & paid holidaysMinimal call responsibilitiesScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
