We're Hiring: HR Manager
\nLocation: Plymouth, WI 53073 (On-site)
\nJob Type: Full-Time
\nSalary: $70,000–$80,000 annually
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. \n
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives. \n
- Oversee employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policies. \n
- Manage benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, and compliance. \n
- Maintain employee records and support seasonal staffing needs. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 3+ years of HR experience. \n
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification required. \n
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required. \n
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, and performance management. \n
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. \n
ADP and scheduling experience are a plus.
