Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $51/hour

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate closely with nephrologists, hospitalists, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain infection prevention and dialysis standards
• Foster a compassionate, team-focused environment while delivering high-quality care

What You Need

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Competency with all dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and assessment skills
