We're Hiring: Direct Support Professionals
Location: Mt Laurel, NJ
Employment Type: Non-exempt, Full Time, In Person
Department: Children's Residential

Hourly Rate: $19.19-$19.58 Plus additional incentive

Schedule: (40 hours) Wed 2p-10p, Thurs 2p-10p, Fri 12p-10p, Sat 7a-9p

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals at our Transitional Program located in Mount Laurel Need to be passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals .

Responsibilities

Empower children and adults to develop skills for daily life
• Encourage their independence through personalized plans of care
• Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community
• Belong to supportive team that holds one another accountable
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians

Qualifications

We're Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
• Have a current driver's license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
