Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license for California (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is advantageous
- Proficient with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working onsite, hybrid, remote, or in a travel SLP role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Engage in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Track data on student progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Provide consultative and direct services as appropriate for caseload
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
