Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active California SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based and pediatric experience preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities to engage colleagues, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students requiring speech and language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy in one-on-one or small group settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records according to district and state guidelines
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and confidence
