QHSE and Compliance Specialist

About the job To support Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in meeting internal quality and compliance business objectives and legislative requirements. Assist with the implementation, and maintenance of the Country Integrated Management System (IMS): Document request management and validation, document control, regular release of local changes, document review Support compliance to, and improve the Global ISO9001:2015 (Quality) certification Participate in internal ISO 9001, GDP and associated Logistic Industry audits and assist with follow-up and records management. Driving GDP and quality assurance initiatives locally and ensuring compliance to GDP and Quality Management System. Support the implementation and maintenance of the compliance management including the National Legal Register, compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising operational teams on possible risks. Attend planned and ad hoc Regulatory audits and assist local management on compliance interpretation and recommendation to demonstrate compliance. Support identification and delivery of compliance training for employees. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance non-conformances and provide advice or training. Apply existing Logistics industry knowledge to coach and mentor operations on best practice.
