About the job To initiate and support all matters of Country QHSE working together with Regional QHSE. Specifically, you will: Implement the Country QHSE strategy in alignment with Regional and Global QHSE standards and expectations Lead compliance to, and improve the Global ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015 certifications (as applicable in Country / Area of Responsibility) Ensure the implementation of the QHSE Management System in the Country, monitor and cooordinate document review with departments Continuous development, identification and implementation of QHSE training; train HSE Coordinators and carry out Quality, HS and Environmental trainings within Country and/or Area of Expertise Support on tenders and customer audits in regards to the QHSE requirements; Participate in external QHSE or related audits according to the regional audit plan. Meet at regular intervals with QHSE Managers of key customers to exchange information relating to QHSE management systems and to share ideas and knowledge; Organize, attend and follow-up internal and external audits: participate in planning, communicate with involved offices & warehouses and conduct preparation audits and on-site meetings with the branch managers and other responsible persons on country lev Ensure the adherence to the incident/irregualrity reporting, global corrective and preventive action standards, and coordinate the root cause analysis and agreement of corrective and preventive actions for severe and reoccurring incidents, audit finding Support Products in regards to continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Lean Six Sigma, FMEA or others Where applicable, support the implementation of the key quality industry certifications (e.g. AEO, GDP); Analyze Health and Safety data and implement programs to improve the Health and Safety performance; Carry out accident investigations (including environmental incidents) when needed and ensure effective Corrective Actions implemented and closed out; Continuously identify HSE requirements and integrate them into the Country QHSE Management System; Guide the Country and Branches in regards to the requirements of identifying and implementing local HS&E Laws, and monitor that compliance has been carried out; Drive Health, Safety and Environmental activities with HSE Coordinators, including reporting of HSE events, collection of Eco-Consumption data, implementing local Sustainability campaigns etc, ensuring HSE targets are met. About you We will help you be successful in this role.
