This position supports the mission of HCA HealthONE. Under the supervision of radiology leadership, coordinates the daily operations in MRI. As a working supervisor, is responsible for maintaining expert technical skill while providing an excellent patient experience with quality diagnostic results. Supervises and trains employees, monitors competency-based performance and attendance of department, and performs annual reviews. Manages schedules and monthly rounding of staff. Collaborates in decision-making structure and processes. Assists leadership in long term planning and all aspects of financial performance. Assist in the implementation and documentation of an effective and continuous program to measure, assess and improve performance. Ensures adequate staff and resources to provide for a safe, high quality operation of the department. Is accessible to staff on all shifts, if need or coverage arise. Collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and hospital policies. Manages productivity and operations to achieve budgetary targets. Manages supply and inventory. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Current certification by ARRT (MR) required. Current BLS required from AHA or ARC.

• Completion of a Radiologic Technology training program. High School Diploma or GED required
• One year healthcare experience required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• High School Graduate / GED
• Certificate
