About this role:

\n

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide Psychiatric inpatient consult services and work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

\n

  This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance when applicable

\n
• \n

  Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

\n
• \n

  You will rotate coverage between Good Sam, St. Joseph, and Lutheran Hospitals

\n

\n

\n

What you’ll bring:

  Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

\n
• \n

  Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority, and active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

\n
• \n

  Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

\n
• \n

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$56.76 - $87.59\n
