They’re looking for someone loving, caring, and communicative who can grow with them long term—someone who understands developmental milestones, introduces healthy foods at the right time, and helps establish a consistent sleep and nap routine. Responsibilities include engaging the baby in age-appropriate play and learning activities, preparing bottles and simple meals for the baby, and keeping the nursery and play areas tidy.
