Service BDC Administrator

Pay: $18-$20 hourly

This position is on a 4 day/10-hour shift weekly schedule. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

This position is onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging first impressions that encourage customers to return for future repair needs.
• Welcome service customers promptly and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
• Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
• Support department growth by identifying opportunities to schedule future maintenance visits and maximize service appointment retention.
• Coordinate communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service status updates, and dealership communications.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
• Keep the reception and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support service department initiatives focused on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and service lane traffic.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of automotive service experience is ideal. We will consider candidates with receptionist, customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer care.

Total Rewards

The hourly pay range is $18-$20. Bonuses are based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
