Availability

This position is specifically for evenings and weekends.

Reliable evening and weekend availability is required. Applicants seeking weekday daytime-only hours will not be considered.

We're also looking for someone willing to pick up additional shifts and help fill schedule gaps as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities

Perform customized facial services and advanced skincare treatments.

Recommend personalized treatment plans, home care, and professional products.

Educate clients on skincare and help them achieve long-term results.

Recommend memberships, retail products, and service enhancements based on client needs.

Maintain treatment rooms and sanitation standards.

Participate in team meetings, education, and training opportunities.

Deliver an exceptional experience for every client.

Qualifications

Current Florida Esthetician License.

1+ years of professional esthetics experience required; 4+ years preferred.

Current professional liability insurance (or the ability to obtain coverage before your start date).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Passion for skincare and continuing education.

Positive, professional, and dependable.

Comfortable recommending memberships, retail products, and service enhancements.

Reliable evening and weekend availability.
