What You’ll Do As a Barista at Cotton Cake Japanese Cheesecake, you’ ll be at the heart of our café, delivering top-notch service and delicious beverages to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care. Assisting customers with their orders and providing recommendations for our signature Japanese cheesecakes. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in top working condition. Collaborating with team members to create a friendly and efficient environment. Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and personality to the role. Here’s what we’d love to see: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or coffee shop setting. Customer Service Skills: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine desire to make customers feel welcome. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and prepare beverages consistently to our high standards.
