To support a large-scale ServiceNow platform migration, the full-time contract ServiceNow Architect will design and implement scalable Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end solution design for the CSM workstream, including data models and workflows Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems Required qualifications: 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with significant Solution Architecture responsibilities Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Experience leading solution design for large-scale ServiceNow implementations or migrations Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations Familiarity with ServiceNow Now Assist and Virtual Agent capabilities is highly desirable
