About the Dietary Aide Position:
We are seeking a part-time and full-time Dietary Aide to join our team at Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, handling food and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Ability to understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments
Perform routine tasks with frequent interruptions with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Comfortable around cleaning agents and chemicals
Ability to work with other various work routines, including working with food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment, and cleaning work area
Patient and tolerant approach in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work every other weekend
