Harrigan's Pub is a fast paced, high volume restaurant at the Jersey Shore.
We have Immediate opening for experienced Line, Saute, Grill, and Prep cook
Position is for year round employment, not seasonal.
· Qualificat ions:
- Previous kitchen experience cooking in a full service restaurant.
- Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prepare entrees in a timely manner
- Able to work days, nights and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
- Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds
