What You’ve Done Built or scaled end‑to‑end operational systems, ideally within a healthcare, regulated, or complex‑workflow environment. Designed and optimized cross‑functional processes spanning product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams. Worked closely with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop or refine workflows that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Created and maintained scalable, data‑driven workflows that enhance the patient, customer, or user journey. Conducted market research, competitive analysis, and market expansion planning to inform product strategy.
