Bohemia Healing Spa is a Wichita-owned spa built around healing, relaxation, natural/holistic treatments, and exceptional guest care. Since 2011, owner Kelli Foster has created a nurturing environment where both guests and therapists feel valued, respected, and cared for.

We have two Wichita locations: our original Delano location and our East location at Central & Woodlawn.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Spa Operations & Team Manager to lead our East location.

This role is about more than managing daily operations. You will set the tone for the team, develop our people, protect the Bohemia experience, and ensure our standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and support massage therapists, estheticians, and spa coordinators.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Address performance and conduct issues appropriately.
• Maintain employee documentation and records.
• Ensure exceptional, personalized guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, daily operations, and service standards.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and professional standards.
• Manage inventory, retail, supplies, cash procedures, and operational records.
• Monitor sales, memberships, promotions, client retention, and revenue goals.
• Communicate effectively with ownership and the team.

What We're Looking For (Experience)

• Management experience leading teams in a spa, wellness, hospitality, or service-based environment.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Emotional maturity and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experience with scheduling/POS systems preferred.
• Genuine interest in wellness and exceptional guest experiences.
• A professional, dependable, and consistent leadership style.
• Most importantly, the ability to balance compassion with accountability.
