## Associate Attorney - Beverly Hills, CA

We are seeking an experienced **Associate Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience** to join our Beverly Hills office. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a sophisticated and growing litigation practice handling high-profile and complex matters across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated litigator who enjoys taking ownership of cases from inception through resolution, while also collaborating closely with partners and senior attorneys on significant disputes. This role offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

### Responsibilities

* Independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
* Draft, argue, and respond to motions, pleadings, and briefs in California state and federal courts.
* Handle all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses and experts.
* Advise clients and provide practical, strategic legal counsel.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
* Respond to crisis management matters requiring immediate legal analysis and strategic guidance.
* Partner with senior attorneys on complex, high-value disputes, contributing to case strategy and execution.
* Support business development efforts and cultivate strong client relationships.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and staff as the team continues to expand.

### Qualifications

* 5+ years of litigation experience with a law firm.
* Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
* Demonstrated experience with motion practice, depositions, and trial and/or arbitration proceedings.
* Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and state and federal court practice.
* Experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas.
* Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
* Ability to evaluate complex legal issues and develop effective strategies under pressure.
* Strong client management skills and sound professional judgment.
* Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
