Atrius Health, part of Optum, is seeking an Adult Primary Care Physician to join their team in Boston, MA. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and grow a patient panel within a new Kendall Square practice, supported by an established Atrius Health framework. As part of Optum's clinician-led organization, you will have access to extensive clinical resources and data, contributing to a vision of improved healthcare for everyone.

Practice Info

Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment

Fewer patients per day, longer patient visits

Responsibilities

Help build and grow a patient panel
Play an active role in expanding access and shaping the future growth of the practice

Compensation

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,500
Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus
Compensation based on quality, not quantity
