Overview Eligible for $7,500 sign on bonus, half paid at 6 months and the other half paid after one year of employment if experienced. Job Details Our Operating Room (OR) RN's: * Circulate and scrub in a variety of surgeries including general, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic trauma, plastics, robotic, pediatrics, etc. * Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses (RN), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. * Advocate for patients through safety intervention and support. What you'll bring: * Passion for Perioperative Services * 1+ years of Main Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) experience * Completion of a Periop 101 course or equivalent perioperative fellowship/residency * Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree * Will consider Associates Degree if enrolled in an accredited BSN program * Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration * Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, CNOR preferred Salary Range USD $56.39 - USD $77.34 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
