We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Tucson, AZ who wants predictable weekday hours, meaningful relationships with senior patients, and the opportunity to earn $140K+ through base salary and performance incentives.

You'll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions. You'll have your own care team and strong leadership support so you can focus on quality patient care.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience
• You're comfortable caring for seniors with complex chronic conditions
• You're proficient with suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care
• You hold a current, unrestricted license and DEA registration
• You value team-based care and measurable patient outcomes
• Geriatric experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $135,000
• Bonus opportunity: Up to 10% of base salary; $148,500+ potential total cash compensation
