Salary Ranges Lead Teacher Qualified Candidates: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour Assistant Candidates: $16.94 to $22.00 per hour Benefits Up to 75% discount on your child's tuition, including tax‑friendly tuition reduction options. You’ll hear from us within 48 hours of your interview. This location operates year‑round, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Operating hours subject to change). What will you do? Managing classroom needs to support children’s well‑being. Nurturing a love of learning through a child‑centered approach with social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities. Maintaining regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth. Qualifications Must pass required state and company background checks. Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes. EEC teacher certification or completed requirements to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification). Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations. Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
