LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Duties
Help
- Oversees the management of over 25,000 Personnel and Equipment UTCs within key ANG functional areas. Ensures completion of tasks related to deliberate/adaptive planning and execution of all standard and non-standard ANG UTCs.
- Reviews Operational Plan/AEF requirements and determines which logistics requirements are valid to the ANG Logistics Directorate (A4), and assists FAMs in sourcing logistics ANG personnel and equipment to fill requirements.
- Analyzes UTC Manpower Force packaging Reporting Tool (MEFPAK) and UMIS/UTA data for ANG UTCs, identifies and updates changes to ANG UTCs and coordinates changes with ANG FAMs and units. Notifies ANG FAMS and units of monthly updates and provides data to units.
- Applying logistic experience: analyzes, develops, and evaluates database data, and develops recommendations to resolve unit data submission deficiencies and issues of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a major command program.
- Maintains a continuous liaison with other ANG and NGB Joint Staff, Air Staff, other Service headquarters counterparts and DoD offices.
