Payroll: (Bi-Weekly)

1. Prepare and produce payroll on a bi-weekly basis including all related reports.
2. Update and maintain all payroll records.
3. Enter all new employee information in the School ERP Pro accounting system
4. Prepare and distribute all W-2’s and ACA forms.
5. Complete employment verification and unemployment requests
6. Prepare for W/C audit
7. Maintain payroll files

The current pay range for this position is $22/hr-$30/hr. Kingdom East School District is located in the heart of a vibrant community in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We operate seven Pre-K-8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students. Our high school students have “choice” and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choice. We are located about 3 hours from Montreal, Boston and Portland, ME. We are close to the White Mountains and the Green Mountains. Both Littleton, NH and St. Johnsbury, VT have numerous fine and performing arts venues. Our communities attract wholesome families, faculty and staff.
