Production Associates

Location: Kinston, NC

Shift: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Pay Rate: $15.10/hr or $16.00 2nd shift

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Production Associates are responsible for assembling products, operating equipment, inspecting quality, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, packaging, and production tasks according to work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues.
• Maintain production standards, productivity goals, and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
• Complete required production documentation and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Basic math and communication skills.
