- On-site role based in Cleveland, OH with occasional work from home
- Less than 20% travel required
- $130K-$145K, plus an annual bonus up to 15%
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading teams and fostering professional development
- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance
- Proven track record supporting organizational growth and change management, including acquisitions
- Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar systems
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing organizations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years in HR, including 5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing setting
- Prior experience supporting acquisitions and HR integration
