Our client is a highly successful financial services firm providing financial services to high net worth individuals. The Human Resources Manager will administer all Human Resources policies and procedures. They will oversee recruiting, payroll, professional development and job performance evaluations. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the VP Insurance Services & Human Resources Responsibilities Supervises HR staff and administers Human Resources policies, procedures and oversees staff development. Supervises staff and client benefits. Qualifications Graduate Degree in HR or a related major, with high scholastic achievement.
