What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of inpatients and outpatients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with patient and family participation
• Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with policies
• Participate in patient, family, and departmental meetings; provide education and discharge planning
• Supervise and coordinate Physical Therapy student and volunteer programs
• Contribute to department operations, clinical orientation, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support community resource referrals and participate in research activities as appropriate
• Foster positive relationships with medical staff and referral sources

What You Need:

• Required:
• Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
• BLS certification from AHA
• Bachelor's, Master's, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
• Preferred: Experience is not required but appreciated
