We are seeking both Associate and Senior Associate Construction Litigation Attorneys to join a collaborative, growing team in Atlanta. This opportunity is also ideal for attorneys with commercial or business litigation experience who are interested in transitioning into construction litigation. Responsibilities Handle construction and commercial litigation matters. Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings. Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations. Attend hearings, arbitrations, and trials as experience permits. Collaborate with experienced litigators on high-profile and challenging disputes. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar membership or ability to become licensed. 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. The anticipated salary range for this position is $145,000 – $200,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic market considerations.
