Position Description The ideal candidate is highly capable, well organized, process‑oriented, and driven by personal growth, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Under limited guidance, this role supports and directs technicians, engineers, and contractors during wind turbine major component activity, ensuring safe, high‑quality, cost‑efficient, and timely execution. Responsibilities include cost and schedule estimating, administration of procurement contracts and documentation, coordination of planning activities to ensure work continuity and efficiency, and collaboration with engineering, analytics, and fleet execution to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement. The position may be location‑flexible based on qualifications but will be focused in the Central Hub and requires up to 75% travel with potential night‑shift turbine coverage. Preferred Qualifications 5 years of Wind Turbine Experience Job Overview Employees in this job direct a team of maintenance specialists, technicians, engineers, and contractors involved in major maintenance activities or plant maintenance. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty for assigned major maintenance activities or plant maintenance to achieve objectives for: safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance.
