We appreciate warm, talented, collaborative people to help grow our brand.Our upcoming Belmont Outlet Shop is seeking Sales Associates who are passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience by creating a positive, inviting and engaging in-store environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and passion for the product and will enjoy interacting with customers to present product that will resonate with each individual shopper. Ultimately, through this mastery of product and customer interaction, the sales associate will work to achieve both individual and collective shop sales targets.Role Responsibilities:Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experienceDevelop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floorWork closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase salesCollaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goalsDrive sales through service & customer relationshipsUtilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customersSupport omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt inManage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and proceduresComplete all daily tasks in a timely mannerThe Place:Located on the historic grounds of Belmont Park and adjacent to UBS Arena, this destination offers a curated collection of premium brands, exclusive finds, and memorable experiences.
