About the Role: As our Supply & Demand Planning Manager, you'll keep Fuego's global engine running, making sure the right product is in the right place at the right time for our DTC customers and wholesale partners in 120+ countries. You'll combine forward-looking planning (forecasting, merchandising support, and inventory strategy) with hands‑on operational ownership of inbound freight across the US, Europe, and Asia, and our network of 3PL and fulfillment partners. You'll use data to spot problems and opportunities early, cut costs across the supply chain, and hold vendors and logistics partners to high standards. This is a builder role at a fast‑growing startup, ideal for someone who moves easily between big‑picture planning and day‑to‑day problem‑solving and wants to create the systems and processes that will scale with us. The position is hybrid, shifting between remote work and working out of our global headquarters in Miami (Wynwood). What You’ll Do Oversee day‑to‑day operational execution for both the direct‑to‑consumer and wholesale businesses Support merchandising, forecasting, and planning efforts that ensure the right SKUs are in‑stock at the right time across all channels Oversee inbound freight across the US, Europe, and Asia Manage multiple third‑party warehouse partners globally, including our primary US 3PL and international fulfillment nodes Monitor the company’s operational analytics and KPIs to surface key business insights and drive decision‑making Identify and execute cost optimization opportunities across the supply chain Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field 4–10 years of operations experience in a consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or eCommerce environment Experience managing 3PL partners and global freight Strong command of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain fundamentals Experience supporting both DTC (Shopify or similar) and wholesale channel operations Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in Excel; comfort building and maintaining operational dashboards #J-18808-Ljbffr Fuego
