Assistant Property Manager

Job Title: Contract Assistant Property Manager (Class A Commercial) Location: Sandy Springs Duration: Contract (6 months with potential extension) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a Class A commercial property. This role partners closely with the Property Manager to ensure exceptional tenant experience, efficient building operations, and strong financial performance across high-end office assets. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of Class A office property, ensuring high service standards and tenant satisfaction Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and issue resolution Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors and engineering teams, ensuring timely completion Assist with lease administration including abstracts, renewals, compliance tracking, and documentation Manage work orders, service requests, and vendor contracts within property management systems Support rent collection, invoice processing, expense tracking, and reporting functions Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and Class A presentation standards Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting packages Help coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and oversee space readiness Partner with marketing/leasing teams on vacancy listings and property tours as needed Ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and local/state requirements Maintain organized property records, files, and reports Qualifications 2+ years of property management experience, preferably within Class A commercial office environments Strong understanding of lease administration, tenant relations, and building operations Experience working with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio) Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional, polished presence Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred Preferred Experience Exposure to high-end/Class A office assets with demanding tenant expectations Experience coordinating vendors, capital projects, or tenant improvements Familiarity with budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting support Why This Role This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a premium commercial portfolio while contributing to a high-performing property management team in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
