As a full-time Customer Service Rep at Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air, each day brings new opportunities to shine. You'll start your day ready to engage with clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and text with your trademark professionalism and warmth. You'll ensure our schedule remains full by providing exceptional service and support, making every interaction count. In your downtime, you'll manage various office tasks, keeping everything running smoothly. Your role is crucial in educating clients about our services, assisting them in making informed decisions, and ensuring that every customer’s experience is a positive one. Your positive attitude and dedication will help make sure our clients always feel heard and valued, contributing to the smooth operation of our busy office!
