WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
As our Customer Service Representative, your day is filled with engaging interactions and problem-solving. You'll start each day ready to tackle the challenges of a busy office environment, making sure our clients' needs are met with a smile. You'll manage client communications via email, phone, and text, ensuring that every interaction is professional and friendly. Keeping our schedule running smoothly, you'll coordinate appointments and assist clients with their inquiries, using your knowledge of our services to guide them effectively. Your role will also include performing basic office tasks and contributing to a seamless workflow. Your ability to connect with clients and provide top-notch service will make you an essential part of our team's success!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus!
