What You’ll Do: Become a key resourcefor customer support across shipping, purchasing, production, and accounting. Act as thecustomer’s voicewithin our site by advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Lead internal conversations toremove issuesand improve service delivery. Owncustomer relationship, reviewing expectations, resolving issues, and escalating when needed. Balance customer needs with production realities by finding smart, efficient solutions. Manage and reconcileaged inventory, including billing for slow-moving or obsolete items. Handlemiscellaneous billingwith accuracy and timely documentation. Support internal teams with customer insights and updates. Partner with Quality and Shipping to ensureon-time delivery. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and product data. Be flexible, support off-shifts and step in when needed. What We Need from You: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred (or 5+ years of account management experience in lieu of a degree). Minimum of 3 years in customer service or account management. Tech-savvy:Comfortable with Microsoft Office, SAP, and navigating systems.Strong communication skillsAdaptable:You thrive in change and can handle multiple prioritiesYou work well independently and collaboratively. Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional time on the production floor. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Expect a mix of sitting, standing, walking, and light physical activity.
