Legends Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Part Time Every Other Weekend Receptioninst at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing & Rehab Cener, located at 6831 Chapel Rd, Madison, OH 44057.
Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated and compassionate individuals & leaders.
We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven experienced maintence specialist to join our ever grwoing team!
Our mission is to provide a patient-centered care environment, that promotes a positive team environment, with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.
Job Duties:
- Answer calls
- Complete filing
- Greet visitors and vendors.
- Act as an assistant to the Administrator and Business Office Manager and will complete simple tasks for them as well.
- Act as a gracious host to our visitors and residents with excellent customer service!
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Additional tasks determined by leadership team
