What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 NICU patients, including critically ill or premature newborns
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries
• Deliver care to healthy newborns in the nursery
• Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in continuous, 24/7 onsite neonatal coverage
• Support over 1,100 annual deliveries
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates
• Practice evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
• Work within a collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment

What You Need

• Required:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Residency in or near Georgia
• Preferred:
• Leadership qualities or experience in neonatal care
