Rewards for Branch Finance Manager: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 starting salary Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,600 Full benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, 401k & paid time off Extensive training & support Great software & systems Industry-leading customer program Responsibilities for Branch Finance Manager: Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service Help ensure branch compliance Back up the Branch General Manager as needed Requirements for Branch Finance Manager: 2+ years experience first-party collections Subprime experience is a plus Title work experience Computer proficiency Customer service focus Leadership ability Work Hours for Branch Finance Manager: No Sundays Mon- Sat with a weekday off Store hours Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-4pm Relevant experience for Branch Finance Manager Consumer Finance Branch Manager Rent-to-own Manager Title Loan Manager Rental Car Manager Collections Manager Customer Retention Manager Related Manager Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Byrider Franchising, LLC.
