Job Title: X-Ray Level Code Welder (Air Exchangers)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced X-Ray Level Code Welder to join our team building air exchangers. This position is responsible for welding pressure vessels and components to ASME code standards while producing high-quality welds that pass X-ray inspection.
Job Duties:
- Perform X-ray quality code welding on air exchanger components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Weld carbon steel and stainless steel materials
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Experience with X-ray level code welding
- Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
- Knowledge of ASME welding standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
