Full-Time | Hybrid: 2 Onsite Days per Week | Customer Support / Call Center

Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to answer inbound calls, process orders, and resolve questions or concerns with professionalism, patience, and care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and is committed to creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional support on inbound customer calls.
• Listen to customers’ needs, answer questions, and provide clear, accurate information.
• Process orders accurately while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience, ownership, and a focus on satisfaction.
• Document interactions and use multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet expectations for service quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and detail-oriented while multitasking across systems.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, basic Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to learn.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position supports a fast-paced customer care environment where service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are key priorities. Two onsite days per week are required. Additional schedule flexibility, including overtime, may be required based on business needs.
