Corporate Recruiter – Hybrid (Chicago, IL) – RPO Consultant (0034480) W2 contract, hybrid schedule, onsite in Chicago at least two days per week. The recruiter will specialize in supporting a key client’s business needs, driving all aspects of recruitment, and delivering exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients. Your Responsibilities A Recruiter drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions client, executing full‑cycle recruitment while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients. Results & Strategy Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies, skills and knowledge to market, screen and present candidates more effectively. Improve sourcing strategies and build a growing, diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach and attraction campaigns. Exceed client expectations, expand influence within the client portfolio and build loyalty that expands opportunities. Client & Candidate Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities, removing barriers and ensuring they have the tools to prepare for successful employment. Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience. Thought Leadership Positioned as an expert in the world of work, continually refreshing knowledge of in‑demand skills and advising both candidates and clients through various platforms. Understand and educate clients on the dynamics of the local market, labour and workforce management. Qualifications Industry: 5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for corporate positions. Ability to hold consultative conversations with hiring managers. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Nice to Have Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Organization Talent Solutions RPO. Pay $45–50/hr. Incentive (if applicable) Not Incentive Eligible.
