Position Summary

As a Line Cook, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen, working alongside a talented team to prepare and present dishes that delight our guests. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a love for creating beautifully plated meals.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Follow directions from the Head Chef and kitchen leadership.
Take pride in food presentation, ensuring every dish looks as good as it tastes.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
Strong ability to follow directions and execute tasks efficiently.
A commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Passion for food presentation and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
