About the Role As a Senior UX Designer I, you will lead the design strategy for a business or product line, shaping user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, use research and data to inform design decisions, and champion user-centered design practices throughout the product development lifecycle. This role also provides opportunities to mentor designers and contribute to innovation across customer-facing products and applications. Responsibilities Lead design strategy for a business or product line. Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and advocate for customer needs across agile teams. Create processes that effectively uncover customer needs and product design opportunities. Partner with UX Research to understand user needs and proactively apply insights to design decisions. Manage user-centered design deliverables and contribute to product and application strategy. Use analytics, customer insights, and testing results to inform design and future strategy. Conduct and iterate user testing in partnership with UX Research teams. Mentor junior designers and build strong working relationships with technical teams. Requirements Mastery of user-centered design processes. Mastery of interaction design skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Human Factors Engineering and user-centered design methodologies. Ability to summarize and apply data from analytics, customer insights, and research sources. Experience establishing metrics and using data to guide design decisions. Expert-level use of design software such as Axure, Sketch, and InVision. Ability to produce designs across multiple platforms. Strong problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
