Job Description:

Security Clearance:

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Professional Project Management certification required, such as PMP, FAC P/PM Level II, or equivalent.

Work Experience Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years related experience providing oversight and management of overall project/contract operations involving multiple projects/tasks/personnel.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management.
• Must demonstrate executive-level oral/written communications, leadership of Federal projects similar in size/scope, and Project Management experience.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Work Experience Nice to Have:

• DHS/ICE financial management, customer service operations, FASS, activity-based cost modeling, data analytics/reporting, and SharePoint experience would be advantageous but is not expressly stated as a Team Lead minimum.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day Customer Service Program support and provide oversight of project/contract operations.
• Coordinate contractor team activities supporting ICE OFM Customer Service business needs.
• Support project management, financial management, and customer service operations.
• Coordinate with Government leadership and stakeholders and maintain strong executive-level communications.
• Support monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc customer service and financial operations.
• Support reporting, schedules, risks, action items, training, document management, SharePoint, change/release management, and process improvement activities as applicable.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant deliverables and support quality-control activities.
• Maintain the required one-hour response availability during stated coverage periods.
