Sr. EHS Manager [JP-15018]

A leading manufacturing company is looking to hire a Senior Safety Manager to effectively lead and implement compliance and safety programs on a national level. This is a hybrid opportunity (must be based in the Minneapolis region) with 25-30% travel across the country.
The successful candidate will be a strong relationship-builder tasked with influencing and driving a safety culture, as well as conducting training and audits.
The Role:
- Safety leader primarily for the field services division - building relationships, ensuring strong levels of regulatory compliance, and acting as an EHS resource for other departments/leaders within the business.
- Push forward a strong safety culture - earning buy-in and identifying areas of improvement.
- Lead training development with the support of a group within the company.
- 25-30% travel nationally.
The Candidate:
- 7+ years of safety experience - previous regional/national experience required.
- Previous experience in a heavily matrixed organization preferred.
- Previous experience with mobile workforces preferred.
- Based in the Minneapolis area, or open to relocating to the region. Although there is limited hybrid/remote flexibility, a presence in Minnesota is currently required.
